ZTFit is our own smartwatch brand. Our Guangzhou company owns and operates a production factory in Dongguan. Buyers can ask about ZTFit products or discuss customer-brand OEM; model availability and project scope are confirmed for each inquiry.
App compatibility, functions and language support depend on the selected watch model and configuration. Tell us the model and target market so the companion app and supported features can be confirmed.
Our standard MOQ for smartwatches is 100 units. The selected model, customization requirements and exact order conditions are confirmed with the quotation. Any mixed-model arrangement needs separate confirmation.
Samples are charged, shipping is paid by the buyer, and the sample fee is fully credited to the first bulk order. Sample availability and preparation timing depend on the selected model and must be confirmed.
Mass production takes about 20 days after order confirmation. Transport, samples and any custom development have separate schedules that are confirmed for the order.
Availability depends on the selected model, configuration and destination. Document coverage and issuer details must be reviewed for the order. Factory certificates are held under the factory's own registered company name, not Kipling; do not assume every document covers every order.
Payment terms are confirmed for each order. Share the model, quantity and project requirements so the applicable terms can be included in the quotation.
